“We had the privilege of having Lewis cook for our Wedding Breakfast. He worked with us for the months leading up to our wedding to help us decide which canapés and menu to present to our guests. We finalised on Beef Cheek Bourginon which was so delicious. The canapés and the meal were presented beautifully, they tasted incredible and they were very generous in size. We were so relaxed knowing that Lewis and his staff had everything under control. Lewis also took the pressure off us the next day by arranging food for the families.
